GoldenKall LLC, operating JobQual, collects resume data, applicant profiles, and audio recordings/transcripts of outbound voice screens solely for candidate qualification as authorized by our customer organizations.
All candidate submissions, resume vectors, and voice records are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or trade personal information to third-party data brokers.
We run outbound phone calls strictly in compliance with TCPA and local calling hour boundaries. Candidate timezone calculations are geocoded using ZIP codes, and telephone numbers are reconciled against active DNC block-lists.
