Customers warrant that all candidate contacts loaded into JobQual have consented to receive transactional communications. GoldenKall LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that bypass geocoded TCPA checking or DNC list regulations.
Compute credits are consumed per matched candidate and call minute. Excess volume or spamming inputs may lead to account throttling to protect core service integrity.
